Terry Hedden is the co-founder and CEO of Marketopia, the premier full-service marketing and lead generation agency for the IT channel. Terry’s deep understanding of the challenges and needs of MSPs and VARs began in 2003 when he left a lucrative career in management consulting to start Infinity Technology Solutions – a leading IT service provider with operations throughout Florida and Georgia. Infinity provided a complete technology offering – including hardware and software solutions, managed and outsourced IT services, cloud solutions, backup and recovery, VoIP services and more – for hundreds of businesses. He led Infinity to success, transforming a $24,500 investment into one of the nation’s fastest growing and most successful managed IT firms before selling the company to Zeno Office Solutions in 2012.
Terry enjoys giving back to the technology industry by doing more than 40 speaking engagements a year and consulting with firms on topics ranging from cloud computing and managed IT services to marketing best practices and entrepreneurship. He is a dedicated family man who runs his life based on Christian principles. He has a bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems and an MBA from the University of Florida.

Under her expert leadership, Marketopia has grown from a team of two to over 100 sales and marketing professionals helping hundreds of clients grow every year. Her passion has helped create an organization recognized as an Inc. 5000 fastest growing company and an environment consistently awarded a Tampa Bay Best Place to Work.
Her background gives her an exceptional perspective on the entire IT channel from software, hardware and cloud vendors to distributors, MSPs and VARs. She held leadership roles at Tech Data, where she commanded initiatives to widen customer reach and strengthen competitive advantages. Her channel marketing knowledge has created impactful go-to-market strategies for other tech powerhouses and cloud vendors such as Amazon, Carbonite, Intermedia, Microsoft, PGi, Symantec and VMware, resulting in maximized reseller channel sales.
Andra enjoys sharing her knowledge through speaking engagements, volunteering her time and resources, and spending time with her family. She is passionate about supporting everyone around her to reach their full potential, including not only her family and church community, but also every Marketopia employee and client. She has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Florida State University.

Arlin Sorensen is VP of Brand and Ecosystem Evangelism at ConnectWise. He founded and served as CEO of both HTS, a VAR/MSP across five Midwestern states which was sold in 2013, and HTG Peer Groups which was acquired by ConnectWise in 2018. HTG, now IT Nation Evolve, is one of the most respected communities of technology service providers in the market today. They walk with leaders to foster business and personal growth through execution, accountability and life-work excellence. IT Nation Evolve today serves over 700 member companies throughout North America, APAC and EMEA. When he is not traveling to speak, facilitate or consult, Arlin loves to be home on the farm in Iowa with his wife Nancy.
